Duckpacker.com is an online service for selling tours and travel goods.
By purchasing tickets for tours or goods on our website, you agree to all the terms listed below.

Reservation and Payment Terms

Services and goods are paid for on the website in full (100% of the cost).

Payment is considered made after 100% of the cost of the ordered services has been credited to the organizer's account.

We accept major types of credit cards for payment (Visa, Mastercard, MIR).

Payment is made without charging any fees from the owner's bank card.

Return and Rescheduling Rules for Tour Tickets

The company reserves the right to change or cancel tours in case of adverse weather conditions. We will promptly notify you of any significant changes as soon as we learn about them. In this case, the client is either refunded or the ticket is rescheduled.

Returning tour tickets at the initiative of the client is made by sending a request by email [email protected] no less than 72 hours before the departure time indicated on the ticket. The request must be sent during working hours (from 11:00 to 20:00).

If the client did not use the ticket, without arranging a refund 72 hours before the start of the tour according to the originally issued ticket, the funds are not returned.

Rescheduling of tickets is not done at the initiative of the client.

Ticket refund is not made in case of unused tickets due to non-appearance/lateness of the passenger to the start of the tour.

Ticket refund is not made in case of a change in the tour or walk route.

Product Returns

Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

To arrange for the exchange or return of goods, you need to write an email [email protected] indicating the order number.

The customer pays for the delivery of goods subject to return or exchange. When returning, the cost of delivering the goods to the buyer and the return shipping to the seller are deducted from the purchase amount.

Goods that have been in use are not subject to exchange and return. They must retain their commercial appearance and original packaging.

Food products, dishes, as well as books, postcards, posters, notebooks, and any other printed products are not subject to exchange and return.


All bank charges arising in connection with the refund are paid by the Client.

The process of refunding money by the bank can take up to 10 business days.

Privacy policy

We guarantee the confidentiality of the personal information you provide: it will be used solely for booking and providing the corresponding service/product.

We do not collect any personal information about the buyer, except for the indicated phone number, name, email, and data required for the delivery of goods. These data are stored by us and are necessary to identify your order and communicate with you.

All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems. Special technologies of online card payment security are used to transfer information, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
